Noel operates The Truffle House on his farm in southwest Gippsland. The farm is primarily focused on truffle production, agri-tourism and education. He is also president of the Australian Truffle Growers Association and a director of Truffle Growing Pty Ltd – an industry-focused organisation providing consultancy, new project design and farm establishment services as well as educational programs for growers.

Noel has assisted more than 40 new industry entrants to establish truffle farming enterprises in Victoria, New South Wales, South Australia, Tasmania and Queensland. His business services include site analysis, farm design, CAD drawings, farm establishment plans and ongoing consultancy support throughout the program. Noel also personally project manages farm establishment for specific enterprises.
