World acclaimed author of Garlic Feast
Former BBC journalist Janice Sutton, a lifelong garlic fanatic, got the idea for a book celebrating all things garlicky when she and her husband Paul moved to beautiful Tasmania near the town of Koonya – famous for its garlic festival.
Her idea grew and grew, the result being a cookbook that not only will look great on the coffee table but will be an indispensable reference in the kitchen.
Garlic Feast is a magnificent, Australian-produced 300-plus page hardback cookbook jammed full of amazing (and achievable) recipes from some of Australia’s top cooks and chefs.
Garlic Feast was recognized as the best self-published book in the world in 2016. Get your signed copy at the Festival.
Janice Sutton, author of Garlic Feast, will be hosting a stall and doing book signings in the Garlic and Greens Precinct. Drop in and chat to Janice, and share your thoughts of garlic and feasts.
