Antony Ellis

Executive Chef. Co-Founder of Phil-Fresh Farm

Following 18 months as executive chef at The Grove, Gippsland, Antony Ellis is embarking on a new chapter in his culinary journey into South Gippsland produce.

Three months ago, with partner Flick (Founder of The Meeniyan Store), Antony purchased a small farm in the Strzelecki Ranges with a vision to work with home grown fruits and vegetables and other fresh, local, ethically sourced ingredients and produce imaginative foods, cooked with love and presented in a simple and authentic manner.

Their passions are shared by a friendly king parrot, ‘Phil’, who had taken up residence at Flick’s former home in Mirboo and chose to move to the farm to be a part of this new venture!
