Alejandro Saravia

Founder and Executive Chef Farmers Daughters

At the Australian Open, Alejandro introduced his vision for a ‘farm-to-table’ restaurant featuring the bounty of Gippsland to 300 guests at the AO Chef Series Dinner. As Gippsland Food Ambassador for Visit Victoria, he is excited about this new venture.

“For over two years, my team and I have explored the coast and farming lands of Gippsland, meeting with many passionate farmers, growers and producers. Farmer’s Daughters will bring the produce and the stories of these inspiring people into the heart of Melbourne.

At the Festival, I will share with you my passion for seasonal, local produce and some of the foods which will inform the new cuisine from Farmer’s Daughters.”
