Kristy and Neil share their vision for Green Hills Farm. They’re creating a productive, sustainable sanctuary and a foundation or sharing what they produce and what they’ve learned. Pooling their complementary skills is the key to making this happen.
They raise grass-fed beef and grow spray-free Gippsland garlic for fans of fabulous Australian produce. The farm is the epicentre of their heartfelt, head-driven project to regenerate 150 acres of precious West Gippsland pasture and bushland. They also produce value-added products, such as garlic salts and host a thriving luxe rural BNB offering.
