Winner of the 2008 Age Good Food Guide’s Young Chef of the Year and two time Lexus Young Chef winner, this exciting son of an Indian father and Italian mother grew up immersed in two great food cultures in Melbourne, but his great interest in Asian flavours and his prizewinning trip to Europe opened him up to an even bigger world for his natural creativity and passion. Returning to work at prestigious Melbourne restaurant ‘Pearl’, Adam has now evolved to partner in leading Melbourne restaurants ‘Tonka’ and ‘Coda’. Prepare to have your sox knocked off!
